Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel presented the government’s policies and programmes in the joint session of the federal parliament on Monday.
Prime Minister Shah left the hall when Poudel was presenting the government’s policies and programmes for the coming fiscal year.
The reason for his exit has not been disclosed.
