According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the weather is generally cloudy in the mountainous region of Koshi, Bagmati province and Gandaki province at present while it is generally cloudy in the rest of the country. Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at some places of Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province and at one or two places of Koshi Province.

The weather will be generally cloudy in the hilly region of the country including Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and partly cloudy in the Tarai region towards the afternoon. Light rain or snowfall is likely to occur at some places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and at a few places of the hilly and mountainous regions and at one or two places of the Tarai region.

Similarly, tonight, it will be generally cloudy in the hilly and hilly regions including Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces while it will be partly cloudy in the rest of the hilly and terai regions. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, there are chances of moderate rain and snowfall at some places of the mountainous and hilly regions of Koshi and Madhes, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province and at one or two places of the mountainous region of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.
