Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully organized “ADM 360 Degree Growth Summit 1.0” in Nepal, attracting the best Agency Development Managers from all over Nepal.

The program was organized by the company on May 15 and 3 with the slogan ‘Agency Career is Babal’.

Agency Development Managers from all over the country participated in the program aimed at motivating the participants about agency leadership capacity, business expansion, modern market management and career opportunities in the insurance sector.

In the program, renowned trainers Kishu Jha and Ajay Regmi imparted training on leadership development, personal skills, team management, business expansion strategy and challenges and opportunities in the modern insurance market.

The program was chaired by the Officiating Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Kabi Phuyal and was attended by Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Ganesh Chaulagain.

During the program, acting CEO Kabi Phuyal and Chief Marketing Officer Ganesh Chaulagain gave special presentations on the current status of agency business, future prospects, achievement of goals and business growth. They encouraged the participants to develop the agency profession as a respected, promising and long-term career.

Similarly, Chief Customer Experience & Protection Officer Sachet Shrestha, Lead Recruitment Officer Sunil Adhikari, Lead Training Officer Bhuwan Singh Magar and Head of Brand & Communication Somesh Lal Joshi shared training and experience in various aspects of customer relationship management, leadership development, brand building, recruitment strategy and business promotion.

The event was also attended by the company’s provincial chiefs and regional managers. Koshi Province Chief Tulsinath Poudyal, Madhesh Province Chief Nawaraj Chaudhary, Bagmati Province Chief Lokmaya Adhikari, Gandaki Province Chief Ishwor Bikal Sapkota, Lumbini Regional Manager Santosh Kunwar Chhetri, Rapti/Bheri Regional Manager Dipendra Rawat, Karnali Province Chief Govinda Dhakal and Sudurpaschim Province Chief Laxmi Kanta were present in the program.
