It seems to have come.

Given that there have been comments from various angles that their statements have played a role in instigating the protests, it is necessary to investigate whether they were involved in the human and physical damage caused by the incidents of September 23 and 24, whether their statements also caused any impact and influence by agitating the protesters, whether or not the public peace and order was disturbed or not. It has also suggested taking action against those found guilty.
