Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The government has implemented a new provision related to insurance reinsurance affecting the business of Himalayan Re-Insurance. The government has made it mandatory for Nepal Reinsurance Companies to share at least 20 percent of the reinsurance business issued by the insurance companies in Nepal.
Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle said this in the budget for the coming fiscal year.
