Chitwan. Police have arrested 29-year-old Dr. Ram Chandra Poudel on the charge of hoarding, transacting in cryptocurrency and cheating him through digital medium. Police arrested Pappu Kumar Yadav with $30,000 and 17 mobile phones.

According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, Yadav has been living in a rented room at Chitrasen Tole of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10. According to police, Dr Yadav, a permanent resident of Hansapur Municipality-4 in Dhanusha district, has been operating a network of illegal cryptocurrencies.

During the investigation, it has been found that he has been illegally hoarding and transmitting non-physical currency using banned applications such as Binance and Bitbit through his mobile and other electronic devices.

Information Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police Chandra Bhushan Yadav said that the source is coming out about the number of people who have cheated Dr Yadav so far.
