President Lamichhane meets Indian Home Minister Shah

. Indian Home Minister Amit Shah met Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane at the latter’s residence in New Delhi today.

The meeting was held between Lamichhane and Home Minister Shah in New Delhi at the invitation of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), said RSP Spokesperson Manish Jha.TAG_OPEN_div_10 Nepal-India relations, mutual interests, democratic exercises, security cooperation and dialogue and cooperation between the political parties of the two countries were discussed during the meeting.

President Lamichhane left for India on Monday on a five-day visit at the invitation of BJP President Nabin.TAG_OPEN_div_8 During the visit, he will meet with well-wishers and Nepali community living in India and also visit Ayodhya.

Lamichhane’s spouse Nikita Poudel, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) joint general secretary and member of the House of Representatives Bipin Kumar Acharya, member of the House of Representatives and secretariat member Dipak Bohara and personal secretary Pradip Acharya are in the delegation.TAG_OPEN_div_6
