Likewise, necessary arrangements have been made for the implementation of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Monsoon Preparedness and Response Plan-2083 and Impact Reduction Programme on Increasing Temperature. The budget has allocated necessary budget for the conservation of river banks and public land and for the construction of parks.
