Chitwan. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has directed the party not to create factionalism in the party. Addressing the closed session of the general convention today, he said that factionalism would not take the party upwards.

He said that the selection of
representatives was done judiciously. It is better if you say that you will pay your friend for so long. ”
