Kathmandu. More than 400 candidates have filed their candidacies for the post of 99 central committee members of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

Chief of the Central Election Commission, Bhuwan KC, said that preparations are underway to publish the nomination list for the first phase of nominations. “We are getting the exact number and more than four hundred candidates have filed their candidacy,” he said. The list will be published at 9 am today. ”

The office bearers will be elected from among the 99 elected members. The election of office bearers will take place in the second phase. Electronic devices will be used for voting. Those who are abroad will vote on the app. There are around four thousand delegates casting their ballots.
