Kathmandu. The promoter shareholders of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company (BILIC) have issued 18,99,241 units of promoter shares to the public.

According to a notice published on Friday, the promoter shareholders of the company have been given a period of 35 days to sell the shares. However, as no application has been received from any promoter shareholder within the stipulated period, the general public and organizations have been invited to apply.

The general public who wants to buy the shares should submit the application along with the necessary documents to the company’s central office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu within seven days from the date of publication of the notice.
