House of Representatives meeting begins to pass budget-based bill (live)

. The meeting of the House of Representatives has begun. Today’s meeting of the House is scheduled to pass two bills related to the budget.

Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle is scheduled to propose the Finance Bill-2083 BS and the Bill to Mobilize National Loan, 2083 BS in the meeting.TAG_OPEN_div_18 Discussion will be held on the Finance Bill 2083 along with the amendment received on it.

According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal is scheduled to table the amendments received on the bills for a decision.TAG_OPEN_div_16

Minister for Science, Technology and Innovation, Mahabir Pun, on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, is scheduled to present the 63rd annual report of the Auditor General, 2083 and the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083.TAG_OPEN_div_14

In the meeting, Finance Minister Dr Wagle will present the Money Laundering Prevention (Third Amendment) Bill, 2083 while Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration Pratibha Rawal will present the ‘Cooperatives (First Amendment) Bill, 2083’ and Minister for Health and Food Hygiene Nisha Mehta will present the ‘Bill to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Health Sciences Academy-2083’TAG_OPEN_div_12 ।

Speaker Aryal will inform the meeting about the letter related to the certification of the bill received from the Office of the President.TAG_OPEN_div_10
