A police team deputed from Lainchaur Police Circle has arrested five foreign women on the charge of indulging in obscene activities and misbehaving with police in Thamel, the tourist area of Kathmandu.TAG_OPEN_div_10 Four of them are from Uganda and one from Indonesia.
