Kathmandu. The National Assembly (NA) meeting scheduled for 1:15 pm today has given priority to the discussion on the bills related to finance and budget and the Appropriation Bill.

According to the Parliament Secretariat, National Assembly Secretary Tul Bahadur Kandel is scheduled to table the messages received from the House of Representatives on the ‘Finance Bill, 2083’ and ‘Bill to Raise National Debt, 2083’.

After this, discussions will be held on the appropriation headings of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Ministry of Agriculture, Forest and Environment, Ministry of Infrastructure Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Defense under the Appropriation Bill-2083 in a groupized manner.

Likewise, discussions will be held on the appropriation headings of the Office of the President, Office of the Vice-President, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers and the Secretariat of the National Planning Commission.
