Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has issued internal directives regarding appointment and management of private secretaries of federal parliamentarians.

The party has issued directives to its lawmakers to make the process of appointment of private secretaries transparent, frugal and accountable to the people by ensuring the optimum utilization of facilities available from the state treasury.

The directive issued by party general secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya states that priority should be given to the people with technology-friendly capacity, research skills and loyalty to the party’s norms and values from beyond the realm of nepotism and nepotism.

In order to promote inclusivity, to free candidates from dual privileges or conflicts of interest, and to make the selection, appointment and approval process competitive. After selecting a suitable candidate for the post of personal secretary, final approval must be obtained from the parliamentary party of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) for the appointment. The directive states that all the party lawmakers will have to show high moral conduct and public accountability.
