According to the results of the National Tiger Survey 2082, the number of tigers in Shuklaphanta has increased from 44 to 50. Conservation Officer at Shuklaphanta National Park, Binay Jha, said that the number of tigers has increased significantly in the Breach of eight years in the national park. Shuklaphanta is also known as the habitat of many tigers in a small area in the country. Shuklaphanta National Park has a total area of 305 square kilometers and has 146.2 animals per square kilometer including deer, chital and boar.
