Janakpurdham. The District Administration Offices of Dhanusha and Siraha have said that people will be allowed to go out of the houses from 5 am to 10 am to buy essential goods.

Essential services including hospitals, pharmacies, air service, gas supply, fuel supply, ambulance, fire truck, mortuary vehicle, water and milk vehicles will remain open during the curfew.

Similarly, health workers, government employees, media persons, Red Cross volunteers, pilgrims, patients and passengers coming to and from the airport will be allowed to travel on the basis of identity card and air ticket issued by the concerned body.
