SIPRADI and Prime Renewables collaborate to generate 1,40,000 units of solar energy annually

Kathmandu. Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. and Prime Renewables Pvt. Ltd., which works in the field of renewable energy, have jointly organized a workshop in Sipradi Workshop, Kapan, Kathmandu. A rooftop solar PV plant with a capacity of 4 KWP has been brought into operation. The 86.4 KWP Rooftop Solar PV Plant was inaugurated by Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. Ltd. The inauguration ceremony was jointly inaugurated by Mr. Rajan Babu Shrestha, CEO of Prime Renewables Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Ashish Garg, Chairman of Prime Renewables.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rajan Babu Shrestha, CEO of Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. said, “At SIPRADI, we are not only limited to the sale and distribution of electric vehicles but also to make their entire use and servicing process environmentally clean. Installation of 86.4 KWP Rooftop Solar Plant at Kapan EV Workshop is a historic step towards our commitment and commitment. EVs are environment-friendly in themselves, but now that charging, repairing, and servicing will also be done by solar, we have started our efforts to promote clean energy with the Kopan workshop. ”

Speaking at the event, Ashish Garg, Chairman, Prime Renewables Pvt. Ltd. said, “True sustainability can be achieved when the fuel powering EV mobility is as clean as the automobiles. We want to decarbonize the rest of the EV ecosystem while providing clean solar energy. “This collaboration with visionary brands like SIPRADI Trading and Tata Motors presents the potential of solar energy integration in the business sector.” This will not only help reduce electricity costs, but will also decarbonize the automobile servicing and maintenance sector. ”

The use of electric vehicles in Nepal is expanding at a rapid pace, but for true sustainability, an entire clean EV ecosystem is essential. The project ushers in the EV development journey in Nepal to the next significant stage.

The plant has been completed and brought into operation within a short span of 3 months of the agreement, using AI-based green energy digital technology. It will generate about 1,40,000 units of clean electricity annually and contribute to reducing carbon emissions.

This historic initiative has set a new benchmark for the effective integration of commercial solar energy into Nepal’s corporate sector. This collaboration between SIPRADI and Prime Renewables is expected to be a milestone in Nepal’s national goal of transitioning to net zero, by interning clean energy production and automobile servicing.
