Kathmandu. Shangrila Development Bank Limited has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The bank has decided to distribute 10.5% dividend on its current paid-up capital.
Out of this, 4 percent is bonus shares and 6.5263 percent is cash dividend (including tax).
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on August 17 has decided to distribute the dividend at this rate. The dividend will be distributed at the rate approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the next Annual General Meeting.
