Kathmandu. Both the Houses of the Federal Parliament are meeting today.

Minister for Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minorities and Social Security Sita Badi is likely to present a proposal in the House of Representatives meeting at 1:00 pm today.TAG_OPEN_div_18

The National Assembly is scheduled to meet at 1:1 TAG_OPEN_div_16 5 pm. In today’s meeting, the concerned minister is scheduled to answer oral questions related to the Ministry of Infrastructure Development and the Ministry of Health and Food Hygiene.

Legislation Management Committee Chairman Krishna Bahadur Rokaya will table the report of the committee related to the Infectious Animal Disease (Control) Bill, 2083.TAG_OPEN_div_14

Similarly, Chairman of the Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee, Krishna Prasad Poudel, is scheduled to present a proposal in the meeting seeking discussion on the study report on drinking water, sanitation and water resources management, 2083 BS.TAG_OPEN_div_12

Similarly, a meeting of three different parliamentary committees is being held today. According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the meeting of the Finance Committee, the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee and the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Committee of the Directive Principles, Policies and Responsibilities of the State will be held.
