Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank has called its 20th Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held on October 26 at Hotel Pokhara Grand, Birauta, Pokhara. In the meeting, the dividend proposal proposed by the bank to be given to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year will be presented.

The bank has proposed to give 10 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend including tax. After the approval of this proposal, the shareholders will get it.

The meeting will also endorse the proposal for merger and acquisition with other appropriate banks and financial institutions and amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to the Board of Directors and appoint an auditor.

The bank has announced that it will close the book for one day on September 28. Shareholders who have remained in power till September 13 will get the dividend fixed by the bank. They will also be able to participate in the meeting.
