Kathmandu. The cabinet meeting has taken 6 important decisions on various issues. Government spokesperson and Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel has made public the decisions of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday.

The Council of Ministers has decided to approve the Government Decision Simplification and Digitalization Regulation-2083.

Likewise, the Securities and Bye-laws of the securities and by-laws of the bodies listed in the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) have made provisions related to advance tax in the case of natural persons.

– Approve the Government Decision Process, Simplification, and Digitization Regulations-2083.

– Securities and Regulations of the profits derived from the disposal of the interests of entities listed with the Securities Board of Nepal shall be paid 3 percent of the profit amount of the interest held by the natural person for a period of more than 365 days. 5 percent of the profit amount of the interest owned by the Securities Board of Nepal and 5 percent of the profit amount of the interest owned by the Securities Board of Nepal for a period of 365 days or less.

Nepal Judicial Service, Judicial Group Gazetted First Class Officers Khagendra Kattel, Ram Prasad Bhattarai and Baburam Dahal will be promoted to Gazetted Special Class.

– To issue an order to issue a power of attorney to a Saudi citizen lawyer for the insurance of Nepali citizens who have died or been injured in Saudi Arabia and to proceed with the process of compensation.

– To approve the Circular Relief Fund Operation Procedure, 2083.
