Kathmandu. The meeting of the Federal Parliament and the House of Representatives is taking place today. The meeting to be held at Singha Durbar at 1 pm is likely to discuss the agreement on the conservation and sustainability of marine biodiversity.

In the meeting, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, will present a proposal seeking general discussion on the Convention on the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Marine Biodiversity in Areas Outside the National Jurisdiction under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).TAG_OPEN_div_8

Similarly, three different parliamentary committees are meeting today. According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee, the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee, the Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee is being held.TAG_OPEN_div_6
