Kathmandu. The Troubled Cooperative Management Committee has returned the savings of 6 problematic cooperatives. According to the committee, the amount has been refunded to 25 small savers of Gorkha, 6 of Gautamshree, 13 of Shiva Shikhar, 3 of Ideal Yamuna, 3 of Oriental Operative and 29 of Kantipur Cooperative.

The government has clarified that the amount received from the loan recovery of the troubled cooperatives has been returned to the affected savers.

In the first phase, the money will be returned to the savers with a small amount of savings. In this way, the amount will be returned by classifying the savers on the basis of the amount of the savers.

The task of recovering loans from the problematic cooperatives and returning the savings from the money received from the management of the cooperatives to the savers of the cooperatives is being carried out continuously as per the prevailing legal provisions
