Kathmandu. The Troubled Cooperative Management Committee has returned the savings of 105 people of four troubled cooperatives.

According to the committee, the amount was returned to 35 small savers of Shiva Shikhar, two of Oriental Operative, 13 of Tulsi and 55 of Kantipur Cooperative.

The government has clarified that the amount received from the recovery of the loan of the troubled cooperative has been returned to the affected savers. However, the committee has not disclosed the amount.

In the first phase, the money will be returned to the savers with a small amount of savings. In this way, the amount will be returned by classifying the savers on the basis of the amount of the savers.

The task of recovering loans from the troubled cooperatives and returning the savings from the money received from the management of the cooperatives to the savers of the cooperatives is being carried out continuously as per the prevailing legal provisions.
