Kathmandu. Kumari Bank has called its general body meeting to approve the dividend announced to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.

The bank has called its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 12 at Silver Oak Banquet and Events, Subarna Shamsher Road, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11 am.

The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of 2.0156 per cent of the current paid-up capital. The meeting will also pass resolutions to approve financial statements and appoint auditors.

The bank will close the book for one day on October 1 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till October 30 will be able to attend the AGM of the bank and receive the dividend distributed by the bank.
