With an aim to make the after-sales service more robust and effective, the company is going to establish the largest well-organized and state-of-the-art service center in the EV commercial sector in Nepal. This is expected to provide easy, effective and reliable service to the customers.
Nepal’s largest EV Commercial Service Center is being constructed in the PepsiCola area of Kathmandu with modern infrastructure, state-of-the-art service equipment and adequate service capacity. The service center will have a team of skilled technicians and engineers trained by Photon’s international organization. With the expansion of service, the Photon brand is committed to providing quality service to the customers with reliable after-sales service and the availability of genuine parts.
The new service center being established in Pepsi Cola is designed with the concept of a comprehensive service center that will provide after-sales service of Foton’s vehicles, genuine parts availability, battery testing and regular maintenance, and driver and technical training from one place.
The company’s goal is to complete the maintenance of vehicles quickly and effectively while maintaining quality service. Chief Executive Officer of Foton Motor Nepal, Dr. Anil Kumar Baral said, “Quality after-sales service is our first priority. It is not our responsibility to sell vehicles. Our aim is to ensure that every Foton customer can easily get quality service, genuine parts, and professional technical support for their vehicles. ”
The new service center will be equipped with a modern inspection and repair system that can effectively serve the various vehicles of Foton available in Nepal. A team of technicians and engineers trained and certified by Foton International will carry out inspection, maintenance, technical inspection and necessary maintenance of the vehicles as per the service standards set by the company.
Photon vehicles will be kept safely and systematically in the service center so that genuine parts are available in sufficient quantities. Unnecessary delays during maintenance will be reduced due to the easy availability of necessary parts, the vehicle can be repaired quickly and delivered to the customer on time and the vehicle
can be operated for a long time.
It is expected that the inconvenience and business losses caused by non-arrival will be reduced. Delays are expected to be reduced and the time taken at the vehicle service center will also be reduced.
Photon currently has 21 service centers and service touchpoints across Nepal. This further reinforces the company’s commitment to provide quality after-sales services accessible to customers. As part of its nationwide expansion plan, Photon aims to provide Photon touchpoints within every 100 km of major routes from east to west Nepal by the end of 2026.
