The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration has canceled the financial and administrative responsibility of the Chief Administrative Officer of Pipara Rural Municipality after the employees who were supposed to be transferred to a new responsibility stayed in the rural municipality.
According to the ministry, the Chief Administrative Officer working in Pipara Rural Municipality had already been transferred elsewhere. However, he had been working in the rural municipality without appearing in the transferred body. Meanwhile, the newly appointed Chief Administrative Officer was also not present at the rural municipality.
The Ministry has terminated the financial and administrative responsibility of the newly appointed Chief Administrative Officer (CDO) as he was working in the previous office even after being transferred.
The Ministry has directed the Pipara Rural Municipality to immediately deploy the newly appointed Chief Administrative Officer (CEO) of Pipara Rural Municipality with financial and administrative responsibility.
Similarly, the Ministry has directed the transferred Section Officer to report to the transferred body immediately. The Ministry has also directed the Office of the Financial Comptroller and Treasury to make necessary arrangements for the operation of the accounts of the rural municipality by informing the Office of the Financial Comptroller and Treasury that his financial responsibility has been canceled
