Kathmandu. On the occasion of entering the 30th year of its establishment, Arya Pharmalab has signed a three-year agreement with Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) as the health partner of the Nepal Premier League (NPL).

The collaboration aims to raise health awareness through cricket and further strengthen the relation between sports and public health.

Aligning its 30-year journey with CSR and public health promotion, Arya Pharmalab aims to provide basic health check-up, health counseling and healthy lifestyle information to the general public through NPL.

Under this collaboration, Arya Pharmalab has been conducting health consultations, health check-up room, public awareness programs, and activities related to recreation and sports at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, where NPL matches are being played.

These activities are expected to entertain the spectators who come to watch the games and motivate them to be health conscious.

Arya Pharmalab will honor two players in each match with a cash prize of Rs 25,000 each through the ‘Healthy Partnership Award’ to encourage the best performance and spirit of the players.

In addition, one spectator in each match will be awarded a ‘Hotwit Moment of the Match’ worth Rs 20,000. It is believed that these programs will appreciate the contribution of the players and help increase the participation and enthusiasm of the spectators.

Arya Pharmalab marks the milestone of the organization’s journey to mark the completion of 30 years of its existence.

The company believes that health awareness can be linked to a popular sport like cricket to spread health messages to more and more citizens.
