Kathmandu. National Assembly member Rajendra Laxmi Gaire has been injured after being hit by a vehicle inside Singha Durbar. Lawmaker Gaire was injured when a vehicle (Ba 17 Cha 8807) hit her while crossing the road from a zebra crossing inside the Singha Durbar premises today.

According to Naresh Raj Subedi, spokesperson of Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police, Gaire, who was injured in the accident, is undergoing treatment at the National Trauma Center. According to the traffic police, the same vehicle that hit her was taken to the Trauma Center for treatment. According to the police, the condition of Gaire, a member of the National Assembly of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP), is normal.
