Kathmandu. Kathmandu: The Special Court, Kathmandu, has granted bail to suspended Managing Director of Nepal Telecom Sangita Pahadi on bail of Rs 200,000.
A division bench of Justices Tej Narayan Singh Rai, Ram Bahadur Thapa and Bidur Koirala passed the order after concluding the hearing.
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had filed a case against 18 people, including Managing Director Pahadi, at the Special Court on June 12 on charges of corruption in upgrading the ‘billing system’.
