Kathmandu. Prabhu Insurance Company has decided to give 18 percent bonus shares to the shareholders.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on July 14. The company has decided to convene its annual general meeting on August 15.

The company has offered 18 percent bonus shares and 0.94 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The company has said that it will issue 47 percent of the paid capital after the distribution of 18 percent bonus shares.

For this, the book is going to be closed on July 15. The shareholders who have remained in office till July 15 will get the dividend fixed by the company.
