Kathmandu. Five highways have been completely blocked and six have come into one-way operation due to floods and landslides in different parts of the country.
According to Nepal Police, the Koshi Highway at Bhotkhola Rural Municipality-4, Barun in Sankhuwasabha district has been completely blocked at the time of publishing this report.
Similarly, a bridge connecting Nepal and China at Gosaikunda Rural Municipality-2 in Rasuwa district has been completely blocked.
Similarly, pasang lhamu road section at Gosaikunda rural municipality-2 in Rasuwa district has been completely blocked. Similarly, Ghorahi Thawang Shaheed Marg at Triveni Rural Municipality-7, Tribeni in Rolpa district has been completely blocked.
Similarly, jajarkot Dolpa Bheri corridor road section at Rijigar of Athabiskot municipality-6 in Rukum West district has been completely blocked. According to police, the Kathmandu-Nuwakot road section at Tokha Municipality-2 in Kathmandu district has become one-way smooth.
Baglung: The Kaligandaki Corridor of Baglung Municipality-10 in Baglung district has become one-way smooth. The Kaligandaki Corridor at Tarangkhola of Gaidakot Municipality-3 in Ranwalparasi East has been restored one-way while the Gramjim Shaheed Highway of Parivartan Rural Municipality-5 in Rolpa district has been restored one-way. Similarly, the Bhurtiwang Shaheed Highway of Parivartan Rural Municipality-5 in the same district has been restored one-way. Similarly, the Dhamachaur Shaheed Highway of the same municipality has been made one-way smooth, police said.
