Kathmandu. A special court has granted bail to digambar Jha, the then chairman of Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA), involved in irregularities in the purchase
of Teramox.
A division bench of Special Court Judges Narayan Singh Rai and Murari Babu Shrestha granted bail of Rs 300,000 to Jha.
The CIAA had filed a case against Jha and 19 others on March 29, accusing them of irregularities in the purchase of Teramux.
