Kathmandu. At present, there is the influence of monsoon winds across the country and the low pressure line of monsoon is located around the average place.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, light to moderate rainfall is taking place at a few places of Koshi Province, Madhes Province, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Karnali Province and Sudur Pashchim Province and at one or two places of Lumbini Province.

It will be generally cloudy throughout the country today. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at a few places of the hilly region and at a few places of the Tarai region and at one or two places of the hilly region of Gandaki province and Koshi province.

Heavy rainfall is likely to occur at one or two places of the hilly regions of Koshi Province, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province in the next 24 hours.
