Kathmandu. Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that an environment should be created for all Nepalis to eat kheer with happiness every July 15.

Speaking at a literary meet organised by the CPN-UML’s Department of Literature, Art and Culture here today, he said the government was making proper arrangements for irrigation in the Tarai Madhes region this year due to drought.

Prime Minister Oli urged all Nepalis to work towards creating an environment to eat kheer with joy every July 15.
