Kathmandu. The 19 people arrested, including Chakre Milan alias Milan Gurung, will remain in custody for seven days. The Kathmandu District Administration has granted permission to 19 people, including Gurung, to be detained for seven days for investigation.

Police arrested 47 people and released 28 of them while they were celebrating Chakre Milan’s birthday from a hotel in Maharajgunj last night. The police had sought custody of the remaining 19 accused on charges of indecent behaviour.
