Rajbiraj. Saptari: Police have arrested two persons with heroin in the air at Barhibirpur of Chhinamasta rural municipality-1 in Saptari district today.

Acting on a tip-off, police from the District Police Office, Saptari fired two rounds in the air and arrested two persons with heroin.

The arrestees have been identified as Bishal Raya of Badibirpur of Chhinamasta rural municipality-1 and Manoj Raya of Dakneshwori-7. Superintendent of Police Gautam KC, chief of Saptari Police, said more than 100 grams of heroin has been recovered from the arrested persons.

When the police team tried to control them, they tried to escape. According to SP KC, two rounds had to be fired in the air to control it.
