Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) chairman Sharad Ojha has cleared the way for a committee formed by the government to investigate the matter.

NeA Chairman Ojha had filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court alleging that the government had suspended him from the post in violation of the law and formed an inquiry committee.

A division bench of Justices Hari Prasad Phuyal and Shanti Singh Thapa ruled that no interim order would be issued.

With this, the way has been cleared for the investigation committee formed under the coordination of former High Court Judge Krishna Giri. Kapil Oli and Jeevan Sitaula are the members.
