Kathmandu. BYD’s compact hatchback car Seagull has been unveiled at the Ato-1 Naima Auto Show in Nepal. The vehicle was unveiled at the Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) Auto Show on Wednesday. According to the company, the price of this car ranges from Rs 2.8 million to Rs 9.5 million.

The standard of this car is 30.08 kW avar and the premium has a battery pack of 38.88 kW avar. Nedc has certified that the range of these two variants will be 300 and 380 km respectively. It is expected to start selling in Nepal on a 45 kW electric motor.

This entry-level hatchback size car is a long-awaited model in the Nepali market. The seagull has a length of 3780 mm, a width of 1715 mm, a height of 1580 mm and a wheelbase of 2500 mm.

With a millimstick design, the BYD Ato9One has a high-tech smart cockpit. This car has a 10.1-inch intelligent touchscreen supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A 7-inch digital instrument display can be found in it.
