Kathmandu. Former President of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Suraj Baidya has said that there is still a lot of load shedding outside the Kathmandu Valley.

Naima said this at an interaction programme organized at Bhrikutimandap in the capital. He said that there is no load shedding in the country just because there is light in Kathmandu.

He said that there is a big problem of load shedding in the hotel located in Huwasing Cement, Chitwan, which he operates.

“The lights will not go out only in Kathmandu,” he said, adding, “There are many lights going out of Kathmandu in Chitwan and other districts.” Seeing the lights in Kathmandu does not mean that there is no load shedding across the country. Load shedding is on the rise in the industry. ’

He said that it was difficult to work due to load shedding.
