Dhading. Dhading: The Prithvi Highway has been obstructed due to landslide at Jarekhet of Galchhi rural municipality-6 in Dhading.

Two-way traffic on the road has been halted since this morning due to landslide with trees. Chief District Officer of Dhading, Suman Ghimire, informed that security personnel have been mobilized along with equipment to clear the landslide.

Vehicles going to Kathmandu have been stopped at Gajuri and vehicles coming from Kathmandu to Muglin have been stopped at Adamghat area due to the landslide. Drivers and passengers have been urged to remain alert as the risk of landslides is high at various places along the highway due to incessant rains.
