Kathmandu. Police have arrested a man on the charge of duping a person of Rs 10.83 million on the pretext of sending him to South Korea for foreign employment.
The arrestees have been identified as Sahara Subba (Thebe), 38, a resident of Sirisingha Rural Municipality-1 in Taplejung and currently residing in Naxal of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-1, said Information Officer at the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office and Superintendent of Police Kazi Kumar Acharya.
He said, “The government of Nepal has arrested the defendant Sahara Subba (Thebe) from the Department of Foreign Employment, Tahachal, on the complaint of Deepak Thapa. ’
According to Information Officer Acharya, nij Subba (Thebe) has been sent to the Department of Foreign Employment in Tahachal today for further investigation and necessary action.
