Kathmandu. Earthquake tremors were felt in Sankhuwasabha district of eastern Nepal. An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale struck at 11:15 pm on Friday.
According to the National Centre for Seismology and Research, the tremors were felt in some districts of eastern Nepal. There were no reports of any loss of life or property due to the earthquake. After the devastating Gorkha earthquake of 2072 BS, low-magnitude earthquakes have not been stopped in Nepal.
