According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, it will be generally cloudy throughout the country. Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at a few places of the hilly region and at a few places of the Terai region. Heavy rainfall is likely to occur at one or two places of the hilly region of Bagmati, Karnali and SudurPashchim provinces.

Tonight, there will be generally cloudy in the rest of the hilly regions of the country including Madhes, Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and partly cloudy in the rest of the country. Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at a few places of Madhes, Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and at a few places of the rest of the country. Heavy rainfall is likely to occur at one or two places of the hilly region of Gandaki province and Tarai region of Lumbini province.
