Tianjin. Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is addressing the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Plus Summit. Prime Minister Oli along with the heads of state and government of the participating countries will address the conference which began at Tianjin Meijian Conference Center in Tianjin, China.

Prime Minister Oli is on a five-day visit to China from August 15 to attend the summit at the friendly invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping. Bilateral meetings between Prime Minister Oli and heads of state and government of various countries are also underway.

He will hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, President of the Republic of Maldives Dr Mohamed Mizzu and Prime Minister of the People’s Democratic Republic of Lao Sonesai Sipandon.
