Kathmandu. Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai has met with the organizers of the Zenji generation movement.
Posting a picture on social media, Prasai said that on the eve of the event, he welcomed the brothers and sisters of Zenji to his private residence, adding that the short but meaningful dialogue has made it clearer and that the issues raised by them for the last five years are of shared and long-term importance.
“On the eve of today’s event, I had the privilege of welcoming the brothers and sisters of Zen-G at my private residence. A short but meaningful dialogue made it even more clear that the issues we have been raising over the past five years are of common and long-term importance. We all came to the same conclusion—the movement is not a matter of age. Corruption has engulfed citizens of all ages. Therefore, it is not only the right but also the duty of every citizen to root out corruption, fight against injustice and raise his voice. Wishing that our movement against corruption remains peaceful, I bid farewell to all those present. I extend my best wishes to the brothers and sisters under the age of 28 years that there should not be any repression like on March 15. ‘
