Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balen Shah has expressed his support to former Chief Justice Sushila Karki’s proposal to lead the interim government.

He expressed his support by writing a status on social media Facebook. He praised the wisdom, wisdom and unity of the Genji generation and said that they are leading the country towards a golden future. Urging the Genji generation to exercise patience and restraint in the current difficult situation, he made it clear that the main task of the next interim government is to hold elections and give a new mandate to the country.

He wrote in the status:

Dear Gen-G and my request to all Nepalese, the country is now in a situation unlike any in history. You are now taking steps toward a golden future.

Please don’t panic at this time, be patient. Now the country is going to the interim government, which will hold new elections in the country. The task of this interim government is to hold elections and give a new mandate to the country.

I fully support your proposal to lead this interim and elective government, former Chief Justice Sushila Karki. I would like to heartily respect your understanding, wisdom and unity. It shows how mature you are.

I would like to tell my friends who want to come to the leadership in a hurry right now that your enthusiasm, your thinking, your honesty are what the country needs permanently, not temporarily. Elections are held for that. Please don’t be in a hurry.

Honorable President, please immediately form an interim government and dissolve the parliament to preserve the historic revolution brought about by Genji.
