Kathmandu. A teacher who was involved in looting at Bhatbhateni in Butwal during the Zenji agitation has been sacked.
A teacher at Kalika Humanities Secondary School in Butwal has been sacked. Principal Dinesh Thapa said that the school teacher Shiva Shankar Shukla was involved in looting goods from Bhatbhateni Supermarket in Sukhkhanagar of Butwal on September 24.
As a result, the teacher has been removed from the school with effect from today as he was found to have violated the school code of conduct and rules.
“It is hereby informed that the teacher of the school, Shiva Shankar Shukla, was found to have participated in the demonstration of Jenji on September 9, 2002 and was found to have been involved in the irregularities that took place at Bhatbhateni Supermarket in Sukhkhanagar, Butwal.
