Kathmandu. The Nepal Calendar Development Committee has published the auspicious time for this year’s Bijaya Dashami.

Committee Chair Prof Shambhu Prasad Dhakal informed that the auspicious time for the Bada Dashain Tika is at 11:53 am on Thursday. This year’s Bada Dashain is starting from September 6. He said that the auspicious time for Ghatasthapana is at 9:13 am on September 22.

According to a press release issued by the committee today, Fulpati is observed on September 29 while Maha Ashtami and Kalratri are observed on Tuesday on September 29. Mahanawami falls on October 29 and Bijaya Dashami on September 30 on Thursday. Committee member Laxman Panthi said that all the sacrifices should be performed on October 20 and Kojagrat Purnima falls on the same day.
